Cum Laude for master student Rianne van der Pol
On Friday June 15, Rianne van der Pol defended her thesis entitled 'End-functionalized polymer brushes used as solvent sensors’.
Rianne has been a master student in the Materials Science and Technology group since september 2017, where she worked under the supervision of Sinem Tas, Maciek Kopec and Sissi de Beer on simulations and synthesis of end-functionalised polymer brushes. After the committee examined Rianne's thesis and listened to her presentation, they decided that Rianne would graduate with the distinction ‘cum laude’.
We wish Rianne all the best in her future!
